Walk through Orlando Florida

Disney World, Universal Orlando and SeaWorld Orlando are the main attractions within the travel schedule of any family visiting Orlando. To escape the crowds, rushed over and craziness that generally lives in the theme parks, you and your family must make time to make a day trip and relax.

Luckily, Orlando is only 1 hour away from a variety of attractions where you can spend an afternoon away from the crowds. I provide the following list recommends 10 places you can visit for the day:

Busch Gardens Tampa: Of course this is another theme park! However, attracts fewer visitors annually (4.4 million in 2009) to Disney World, Universal Orlando and SeaWorld Orlando. In addition, Busch Gardens Tampa possesses exciting amusement park rides and attractions like Sheikra, the first roller coaster with extreme falls from 90 degrees to over 100 kilometers per hour.

Cypress Gardens Adventure Park: The Florida's first theme park opened in 1936, however, Cypress Gardens in Winter Haven still has beautiful botanical gardens and water ski shows spectacular, but added thrill rides, live concerts and Splash Island Water Park in recent years. The park will become Legoland in late 2010.

Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex: Just 45 minutes east of Orlando, the Kennedy Space Center gives you and your family also the chance of life to explore the incredible history of American space flight and see the rockets and exhibits , visit the launch areas, see movies in 3D space in an IMAX theater and more.

Silver Springs 4: Listed as "the Original Theme Park Florida," Silver Springs is located near Ocala and offers colorful botanical gardens, animal habitats, live shows, rides, shops and world famous bottom boat glass.

Florida Aquarium: Opened in 1995, the Florida Aquarium in Tampa is home to over 10,000 aquatic animals and plants from around the world including lizards, tropical fish, sharks, manta rays, sea turtles and interactive exhibits.

Lowry Park Zoo: Approximately 1,600 animals can be seen in their natural habitats in the Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa, which also has a center of wild, aviary life, petting zoo animals, live shows and more.

Canaveral National Seashore 7: One of only 10 National Beaches in the United States, Canaveral National Seashore is the longest section of undeveloped beach along the east coast of Florida. Popular activities include sunbathing, swimming, surfing, fishing and walking the Verdas.

Central Florida Zoological Park: Just a short distance by car on Interstate 4 in Sanford is the Central Florida Zoological Park, home to hundreds of animals, including lizards, cheetahs, leopards, elephants and monkeys.

Daytona USA: Located adjacent to Daytona International Speedway, Daytona USA features exhibits racing motion simulator rides, the World Center of Racing Visitors Center and tours behind racks of the race track.

Salvador Dali Museum: Located in the center of St. Petersburg, the Salvador Dali Museum offers permanent most comprehensive collection of the famous surrealist painter Salvador Dali.
